The surrounding environment of This house provides its own points of interest in the planning process. Located in the modern area of West Surabaya, the contradiction with the micro environment of this house whereas it is located in a small alley called Lontar area adjacent to an elite residential area.
The owner is a spouse who has a high enough personal interest, especially in terms of design, see the background of their business in terms of lifestyle. The planned house is a small 2.5-storey house with ramp accessibility, with very intimate private spaces to keep their personalities residing.
It turns out the location of a house they chose is behind the public amenities area, a large park behind which belongs to an elite residential cluster, so the house has its own potential that might have been unimaginable before. (ARASTUDIO)
